NY Harbor at St. Albans Community Living Center and the NY State Veterans Home at St. Albans are teaming up to celebrate American’s 250 with a Carnival Community Event: A day full of fun games, tabling and a concert. The tabling and games are from 10am – 2pm and the Concert will be from 2:30pm – 4pm
