The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and Department of Veterans Affairs have partnered to bring you the PACT Act VA Disability Claims Event.

There may be a wait, but rest assured, you will be seen and receive services. Thank you for your patience and for being part of the event.
While you wait, we encourage you to visit the other vendors to learn more about benefits and services available to Veterans and their families.
Tribal Health Service programs will be available at the event along with staff from the Winston-Salem VA Regional Office who will answer questions related to Veteran and survivor benefits, assist with filing claims, and provide updates on existing claims.
Staff from the Western North Carolina VA Health Care System will be onsite providing mental health, social work, and caregiver resources.
On-site compensation and pension (C&P) exams will be available in select scenarios. While not all claims can be accommodated, we aim to provide this service wherever possible.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided free of charge to all Veterans in attendance.
