VA Palo Alto will be collaborating with local Continuum of Care (CoC) and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) programs to connect homeless Veterans, both sheltered and unsheltered, to appropriate and immediate housing resources. Additionally, we will work to prevent at-risk Veterans from becoming homeless by connecting them with the necessary resources.
