Who: Strengthens bond between woman veterans and the women’s health team at the VA. The women’s health team puts on this event annual in combination with Sheridan and other services to educate women veterans, provide fellowship, and promote positivity.
What: It provides them with support in fellow veterans by allowing them to network with a diverse population of women veterans, while gaining information about the resources available at the VA. Education provided regarding what can be expected during different stages of life.
Why: Instill a sense of belonging in the fastest growing veteran population by getting them together to network and provide education.
