Sunnyvale Library Annual Resource Fair has been scheduled for Friday August 14 at 10 am and ending at 1 pm. At the same time, inside the library program room, we will be having our first Veterans Meet Up/ Social. This will allow Veterans to have a place to socialize and create community with other veterans in Sunnyvale and surrounding areas. Sunnyvale Library established partnerships with VA and community calling for assistance to support identified Veterans (e.g., homelessness and suicide screenings), enhance connectedness, improve care transitions, and promote suicide prevention/lethal means safety within their city.
