Freedom 250 Enrollment Fair – Honoring 250 Years of Service and Sacrifice

Join us at the Johnstown Community Based Outpatient Clinic on July 24, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m., as we commemorate Freedom 250 by supporting those who helped defend it.

If you served in a combat zone—whether during World War II, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, or any other conflict—you’re already on the path to enrolling in VA health care. This event is designed to help you take the next step.

During the Freedom 250 Enrollment Fair, you’ll have access to many of the services we proudly provide, including:
• Enrollment and Eligibility
• Physical Therapy
• Suicide Prevention
• And more resources dedicated to your well‑being

To start the enrollment process, please bring your DD214, insurance information, and financial details.
