VA Women Veteran Healthcare Open House

This is a past event that took place on September 4, 2025.

On Thursday, September 4, join Louis A. Johnson VAMC for two unique events exclusively for Women Veterans.
First, a Women Veteran Open House, from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. in the Women’s clinic – Room 1109 on the 1st floor of the medical center. This event gives our female Veterans the opportunity to tour the clinic, meet the staff in women’s health, and learn about all the services and benefits available through VA.
Following the open house, join us for a Women Veteran Town Hall in the 1st floor chapel at 4:00p.m. The Women Veteran Program Manager as well as members from the medical center’s leadership team will share helpful information and will be available to address questions and concerns.
Staff from the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) will be on-site to answer questions regarding benefits and claims processing. Providers will also be on-site to complete toxic exposure screenings and answer questions.
If you are not currently enrolled in VA Healthcare, please bring your DD214/discharge paperwork.
