Winnebago County Fair

This is a past event that took place on July 31, 2026.

Who: Appleton PACT Social Workers, Nichole Duchow and Rachel Smith (One or possibly both depending on staffing at the time)
What: Public outreach event for Veterans in coordination with the Winnebago County Veterans Service Office to assist Veterans in understanding the full array of benefits offered by VHA, VBA, Wisconsin DVA as well as other agencies and non-profits that assist Veterans.
When: Friday, July 31st , 2026
Where: Winnebago County Fair Grounds, Oshkosh, WI
Why: The Winnebago County VSO’s stated goal is to have someone from the VA available to advise Veterans and provide forms for advance directives. For the VA’s interest it’s a way to build a better working relationship with our community partners, to collaborate and network to find resources for Winnebago Co. Veterans.
