Women Veterans Day

This is a past event that took place on June 12, 2025.

I wanted to share some exciting news about a celebration for Women Veterans Day taking place on June 12th at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx.

The James J. Peters VA Medical Center, in collaboration with the Bronx Borough President’s Veterans Advisory Council, is hosting this event to honor and recognize the incredible contributions of our women veterans.

Please note that an RSVP is required for attendance. Women veterans can email Jade Williams at Jade.Williams@va.gov directly to confirm their participation.
