Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED), Office of Economic Development (ED), in partnership with United Services Automobile Association (USAA) Educational Foundation, hosted an in-person, four-day event titled Financial Literacy Week for Veterans, service members and their family members. The event occurred April 9-12, 2024, at The Espee, 1174 E. Commerce St., San Antonio, TX 78205. The event was to help Veterans, service members, spouses, family members, caregivers and survivors learn about Veteran financial benefits, resources, local jobs and discover benefits for spouses. The event’s objective was to help promote positive economic outcomes and overall well-being for this community.
