VA Resource Fair

VA Resource Fair

The Department of Veteran Affairs and the area County Veterans Service Offices in Pepin, Buffalo, Eau Claire, Dunn and Chippewa Counties will host a Veterans Resource Fair on Tues. Mar. 24, providing local veterans with an opportunity to enroll in VA health care, answer questions about their VA claim and get information about VA burials.

The event will be held at the Chippewa Falls National Guard Armory, 2811 E Park Ave., Chippewa Falls, WI
Veterans can speak directly with representatives from Chippewa Falls Community Based Outpatient Clinic & the Minneapolis VA Medical Center on a wide range of topics to include toxic exposure screening, enrolling in health care, whole health and suicide prevention.

The Veterans Benefits Administration representatives will also be onsite to assist with disability compensation claims and benefit questions. Additional resources will be available from Fort Snelling Cemetery, and the local County Veteran Service Offices.

The event will be an excellent resource for Veterans, their families, and caregivers.
